Community Action Nights--Wednesday nights
Tired of TV dinners or mac and cheese? Me too. Well that is only one good reason to come down to the church on Wednesday nights. Val cooks and the meals that are ten times tastier than any of that stuff. Plus, you can join a variety of classes or sit and chat with other people, check out a book from the library... (Well okay, the library isn't exactly finished yet, so you might have to come and help finish setting it up.) Or join in a class or group
AA : Alcoholics Anonomous meets at 6:30. And the rest is, well... anonymous
Art class: You provide a few tools and gain free skill in drawing techniques from our chef/artist. Stay tuned for the dates of the next sessions.
Bonding with Blankets: Stitching and knitting your thing? Bring your latest project or help to contribute to a project making blankets for a Capitol Hill Project or victims of housefires in also need of a blanket. The ladies have already made over a dozen blankets and kids are joining in the fun learning how to do some stitching themselves.
OPEN: Does your community group need a place to meet on Wednesdays, with the chance to have an already prepared meal before hand? Openings are avaliable at this time. Please contact the release team via the church office at this time.
